Brian goes above and beyond for this clients. He has a wealth of local knowledge to North County San Diego and a vast network of contacts which helps you whether he is representing you as the buyer or seller. His communications skills are on point. We were first time home buyers and totally clueless as to the process. He not only "held our hands" (AKA did all the work) through all the home buying steps, but he clearly articulated and educated us during the process. Even when he didn't have an update for us, he would call us and say "Hey, I know you're thinking of this and waiting for an update, but I haven't heard anything yet." As first time homebuyers, that made us feel at ease because we knew we were top of mind for him. Friends of ours were also first time homebuyers through Brian and we all went through escrow together. Our friends and us would comment to each other "wow Brian has such great communication.
